Clinical Interests
Neurosurgical management of patients with severe movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and dystonia, psychiatric conditions such as depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, traumatic brain injury and chronic pain.
Research Interests
Mechanisms of neurostimulation, delineation of abnormal brain circuitry underlying disease processes, as well as developing neuromodulation devices and novel therapeutic strategies for treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders and autonomic disorders.
