Single molecule force spectroscopy; atomic force microscopy; single molecule fluorescence; total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy; polymer physics of biomolecules; the role of mechanical force in biology (single molecule and single cell); brain tumor migration/invasiveness; nanotechnology/nanomedicine.
